Once Every Month:

*Help your child perform an anonymous good deed.

*Arrange for some one-on-one time with your child.
*Spend an evening with "just family."
*Go on a date with your spouse.

Every Day:

*Read to your children.

*Help kids develop self-discipline.
*Laugh about something.
*Listen.
*Limit TV viewing.
*Keep children safe and healthy.
*Teach kindness by example.
